Did I ever tell you the story a Beverly Hills cop told me about the time he was transporting an arrestee and he handcuffed him but didn't belt him in? The cop hit the brakes very hard so that the perp slammed his face into the grill separating the front and back seats. He told me that since L.A. is the entertainment capitol of the world, this is LE's version of the "screen test."

Where was the terrible event in what must have been his horribly spotted past, where he caused the death of another human being and then, due to the stature of his family, was never called to account for his actions?
