The difference is, he was dumb enough to do as he was told.  Once Hildabeast is Prexy she'l just kill 'em.  I like the idea of a totally ruthless Prez.  Just not a dumb one.  Dubya was dumb and Drumpf is nuts.  Ruthless sounds MUCH better to me.
