Didn't expect to see that sentence on the immigration case (United States vs. Texas)....Thought if it was going to be deadlocked at 4-4, a tie would have come down weeks ago....While its a setback now, I'm hoping that it only encourages Latinos even more to vote in Nov....The way i see it, McCain got 31% of the Latino vote, Romney 27% - I cannot see how Trump gets better than 20%....Furthermore, I can't see how Trump wins in Colorado, Nevada, or Virginia with a 20% or so total of the Hispanic vote.....
Another huge decision comes Mon 6/27 with the biggest abortion case since Casey vs Planned Parenthood (1992)....If its 4-4, will be alot harder for women in Fifth Circuit states to get an abortion..He might not have succeeded, but it most certainly wasn't through lack of trying, just like I predicted 8 years ago.

While they may both prefer tougher background checks and couple other measures, they aren't going to infringe on ones 2nd Amendment rights...Now maybe if Michael Bloomberg were President, he'd come after your guns, but your gun rights will be safe with Hillary Clinton...And i think, like you did in 1996, you should vote for a Clinton!...

20 +/- laying around the house and no I don't have kids just the wife and dogs. Hitler exterminated 6 million Jews so if you figure that there are 4 people to a family then there would be 1.50 million family units. If each family killed one German soldier when the came to take them away then in theory they would have decimated the entire German army. Now I don't know how may families have guns but if the same theory was applied then the entire military and police force could be exterminated by the gun owners. Just satin because a lot of shit like this gets floated then it doesn't come up until the next disaster
