Another type of INDY
Dan Wheldon wins the Indiannapolis 500 (first Englishman since 1966). Michael Andretti (who NEVER won it as a driver) WINS it as the car OWNER.
Danica Patrick comes in FOURTH (with fuel issues) as a rookie after leading 12 laps (first woman to EVER lead even ONE lap at Indy). Class act, there. NOT at all "tough on the EYES", either! She is for REAL.
Quite a day, I would say.

Yeah, first Indy I have watched flag-to-flag since the CART-IRL split in 1996. It was great! And I had to pull for Danica. She's a tough competitor and definitely easy on the eyes.
Whining about her weigh..She has an advantage over me because she was small.. Sour grapes guys..lol
