Because they will use many different channels to market their services. I know from experience that the visiting ladies will give preference to the gentleman they have already met and will usually send those guys an email/newsletter first to see if they would like to book her again. They will then proceed to market themselves on the various sites available and not just TER.

sometimes a guy will go in a look at the ad over and over just to see the pic again.  

I've had guys tell me they have clicked on the ad many times in a day or two.....  just to revisit the pic.    (Maybe they can't "save" the pic on their computer or phone)   Doesn't take too many people doing THAT to bump up the reads in a hurry!   or when making their choices on who to contact they may look at many ads many times before deciding who to contact.

And I myself like to look at the other provider ads....  because, yes, I like pictures of pretty women        and Sometimes I get clients who might want another woman to join us so I check out ahead of time who is going to be in town at the same time I am.
