This is something I've never been able to understand.  Yes, your identity is compromised, but then again being a nude model isn't something that the world cares about much.  If you are going back to civvie life, or are a pert timer ok, but I've asked body rub and escort providers to pose for nude to somewhat explicit photos (solo only) and I get almost no response.  I have references from people active in the biz and **nothing illegal is taking place**.  Even porn isn't illegal provided 2257 compliance is maintained.  So why use FBSM and escort providers instead of pro or amateur models?  Well for one, there are almost NO models on model mayhem that do adult (hustler-type) glamour work and most of them are at a distance or are incredibly difficult to work with due to the rules they have (some rules are really bizarre).  Escort and FBSM women are in tune with nudity and although it's strange be nude in front of the camera the first few times, the same rules apply - you run the show and state your limits and preferences.  You also can (sometimes) get some decent images to use for self-promotion.

**Modeling is another income stream.**  It's legal.  Many of you have interesting clothes already and you don't have to touch anyone.  When you are doing modeling, you are mostly dealing with fairly harmless horny middle-aged guys that want to see naked women, nothing more.  For those that want something more, you can deal with those as you wish, and do it at a separate time.  Most of the GWC's (Guys With Cameras) have references from other women they have shot with so the same reference system applies.  You can even send them through P411.  

Even if a photographer who is legit or a video guy wants to shoot and commercially distribute those images you can say no, as distribution without a commercial model release is really expensive for those stupid enough to try getting around this requirement.  There are people who will sign a release and there are tons of beautiful and willing models, they just aren't in our area (sad but true).  Many are in Europe and Russia/Ukraine and that's expensive to get that talent here.

I know some traveling models that shoot with GWC's and make BANK on it.  The travel to a town and 5-20 photographers will book sessions with them.  These models do not do anything illegal, just modeling sessions.
