Hey all. I'm a former fan/hobbyist of the lifestyle. Having recently ended a LTR, I'm unretiring. Unfortunately, I've been out of action for quite some time, and I no longer have any references. I'm really hesitant to sign up for p411, etc, for fear of paper trails. I don't suppose there are any fun, GFE, slim independents out there willing to help me rebuild a reference foundation? :)

first it is not located in the US

second they do not retain information after you pass screening - from that point forward it is based on provider "okays"

third in many markets P411 is one of if not the best place to "shop" in terms of the number of real providers actually available

and lastly  many of the best providers have a high regard for P411.....

...do not accept P411 as a sole means of verification.  Many, will still ask for your true name, and place of employment.

I don't hobby in the US quite as often as I once did as I am spending about half my time "down south" , but I would estimate that I have seen about 50 different US providers over the last year, and never once was I asked for anything more than they were able to get off P 411.

I realize this is a rather small sample size, but 100% out of fifty is a pretty good indicator that there are not as many providers insisting on additional information as many of the ladies are trying to portray.

Don't get me wrong, I am actually one of the guys that doesn't mind giving out my personal info, but that doesn't change the fact that very few of the women I see insist on it.

I submit my P411 request and the appointment is usually set up within a day. I tell them they can use any provider on my Okay list for references. I don't remember anyone ever ask for my real name or work info.     To me, there needs to be some trust between providers and clients. We have our references/OK's and they have their reviews. In other words, we rely on our fellow hobbyists' words (inflated scores albeit) and they rely on their fellow providers' words. I am not comfortable giving out my real name and work info. If they are not comfortable without that piece of info, we are not a good match anyway.

both indie and agency... of course I have a *lot* of provider okays from high quality providers.....

P411 has a policy that providers must return client inquiries within some period of time - I think it's 72hrs.   Most of the providers who don't like P411 don't like this requirement as they prefer to have the flexibility to ignore requests they don't want to deal with.   This does not mean that they have to agree to actually see anyone but that they have to return the contact or their profile can be suspended or removed.   I guess it's just too client friendly a policy lol.....

Perfectly stated----ultimately I believe everything should be kept within the hobby "community"---TER and P411 give us the tools necessary to tell us what we need to know without crossing a line into personal areas. Privacy is necessary for both client and provider!!

There's no mechanism for purging outdated listings. The NoVA women list still includes many providers whom I know have long ago left the scene.

I did notice that some of the ads they placed retired on the ad. Some of the old timers are still providing but more on a utr selective basis. One porn star I saw moved out the area and comes backs in tour once in a while. She has been providing for 9 years. Another utr provider for 12 years.
