I believe Twitter shows the "real" side of providers.  You get to know her personality, not to mention you can now tell for a fact that she is a real human being.
I've met many wonderful clients who said they first saw me on twitter and that let them to want to explore my website and meeting me further ;-)

I use Twitter to make announcements and stuff, but I also use it to have discussions and just give little updates on my life/insight into my personality. Another big reason I enjoy it is I've gotten to connect with some other providers who are super cool. Most aren't local, it almost makes me want to go tour so I can meet a few of them!

I really don't have time and I've also heard horror stories associated with social media.  Hell I don't even do Facebook lol  
I know many ladies that do but it's just not for me I guess
