If the female condom use is not updated on their TER Profile, then after your screening is done just politely mention to them in a note that it is not marked yes or no on their TER profile if they are F/C friendly and you are looking for a "yes".   If a girl is spooked by a simple question such as that, they may not be the girl for you :)

I wouldn't think that would be considered explicit if the girl doesn't have her own profile updated.  Many girls may not know that update is even on their profiles now.  (There were 3 updates made: F/C, rimming and Allow photo/film)

TIP: using warmed up Lube makes them feel even Better!!

 I'd like to try a female condom on a date, but I haven't seen any of the providers who show as female condom friendly on TER. Given the protocol against explicit emails, I'd love suggestions about how to set up a date with a new provider and have a mutual understanding about my hope for that experience.

After getting turned on to FC2 a couple of years ago, that is one of the things I look for in a lady - if she is willing to use FC2.  P411 has an option if the lady lists that as one of the activities she is willing to try, so that is a good option. TER just started listing that as an option, although not every lady has updated their P411 profile.
In any event, my experience is the sensation is better for both the lady and the client, so go have a great time.
