I am new to this and am terrified of the LE risk involved. I need your help. I have seen threads go off in several different directions and questions never answered. Does anyone know for sure what is illegal and what is not for a girl to do to identify her as LE or not? I know there are no guarantees, so no need to mention that. What I'm looking for is how can I avoid getting arrested? Are there things I can ask her without incriminating myself?

If you are terrified, stay home and spank your monkey yourself. If you get braver, a sure way to identify LE is to ask to see the cookie. LE-ettes won't do that just to make a piddly soliciting bust. However, if they really, really want your chicken butt, they might. If you are having her come to you, the chances also drop, as the LE can not control the scene and they are very protective of coppettes. Picking a girl up on the street can be hazardous if the LE is running a periodic bust the johns routine. About a 5% chance. Going to a hotel room has about a 0.5% hazard factor. Having her come to you has a 0.005% bust factor.
Never discuss compensation in any form. i.e., gift, cash, envelope, etc. A class provider doessn't mention it either.
Am I better off with a Posn Star?
I would think if you do the research and check her reviews chances decrease dramatically. Avoid the girls with no reviews.

One thing I do to try to (1) determine whether the girl is LE and (2) determine whether she's a rip-off:
When she comes over (or when I first go to her location) I give her a small hug and brush her boob or cootchie. This is before any money is exchanged. If she is standoffish or flinches then she may be LE. Definitely she's not fully into the arrangement.
Also, I think, this helps put her at ease that *I* am not LE.
Just the other day an escort came to my house. She seemed hinky right off the bat - maybe she didn't like my middle-aged grey hair look. But she first came in, she shook my hand. I gave a a small hug and put my hand on her waist. She immediately grabbed my hand and took it off her waist. This is not a good sign. We went back to my bedroom and I tried again. She said "you're too agressive" and left.
