Starr's report pointed out that Clinton was a liar. Later on Clinton lied under oath ,was impeached and disbarred. If Democrats didn't like that I'm not surprised. So Clinton getting caught lying escalated hostilities between the parties? good!

Had the tables been turned the same exact investigation would have been made by Dems. Whitewater WAS something to the investors who were ruined by it. Not at all like investigating hookers for having sex. And sure, a blow job is no big deal. But, a blow job from an impressionable intern given to the U.S. President in the Oval Office is kind of a big deal. especially when the President denies it and trashes and ruins the starry eyed intern's life.

As much as I detest Hillary, it was "business as usual" at the time. That's why I made the comparison about hookers and sex. WhiteWater was no more honest or dishonest that a thousand deals of it's kind during that period. It was only newsworthy because of the Clintons involvement.

We agree then that Whitewater was dishonest but it's not ok just because you say that kind of thing was happening all over Arkansas. OK, whenever Dems have an election coming, they sow national discord and dissention to rile up their base, and unify their mutually antagonistic branches around hating the common enemy, straight white men. Obama did it recently by ginning up the faux Black Lives Matter crisis and the faux Campus Rape epidemic.
Well, let's remember that just prior to election the Rapist In Chief Bill Clinton, Democrats had riled up the base with the War on Women campaign. One fruit of this was defining sexual harassment in the workplace, a new category, as the worst thing ever. Of course, actual straight out rape, as Clinton also did, also received added attention.
Then, once they had their boy in office, suddenly a prosecution for sexual harassment, and suborning perjury to cover up other sexual harassment in that trial, became a "Witch Hunt". Liberals LOVE to burn them a witch.... until one of their own is tied to the stake. Just like Hillary ginning up War on Women 3.0 rhetoric, tweeting that every woman claiming rape "should be believed"... unless they accuse her husband that is.
