Well, maybe she will do well, but the guys out there  who have been around, know never spend money with out background info.  The novice use to do this. I admit I was one, but after a while you learn what works at what does not.  I wish her well, but I believe it maybe hard.

I click on her profile and they say she is inactive? What does that mean??

Possibly she violated TER policy and had them yanked, but that's unlikely considering her previous post (see link below)

Hopefully she won't regret it.  TER won't allow her to post ads on the boards nor is it likely they will ever reinstate her reviews.  From what I understand, once you cut your ties, it's a done deal.

On the other hand, Ashana is extremely popular and I'm sure has quite a few regulars.  I'm guessing she'll do fine.

Her last review was a little strange and almost commented on it. It had to be fake because the guy use the same wording in her review and another lady (TS)he seen..Little strange but you never know.

If I'm not mistaken she made a post here a month or so ago saying she was going to delist herself, or whatever there is that can be done. There was something about someone posting what she thought was a false review, or review's. At the time I just thought it was due to a wrong date posting but maybe there was more to it than that.

Yes - She probaby followed through with what she said a few weeks back. She had enough of the false reviews and while many suggested she let it go it appears she could not.

I know she can't advertise but can she post messages? She went the nuclear option(lol).. Shame it came to this.

Not sure if when delisting she would be allowed to do anything mroe then post comment - ads would be removed by mod. Also not sure if when she requested delisting that her current user name would be removed also. But, don't expect her to write to the boards - she was pretty discouraged and I doubt she will come around.

Some don't allow any postings since even a non-ad
post can be construed as advertising.

TER does not remove your id/login when you delist
yourself.  A few delisted providers come into
chat - which, btw, is unmoderated - with the
same ids they've always had.

BD, normally I would not disclose such matters.   However, Ashana has come over to US, on the "Dark Side".  She had become WAY too powerful for her former mundane duties and status.  WE are now taking over her FINAL training.  YOU can either JOIN us or be DESTROYED by us...HAHAHAHAHA

Getting away from ME is like trying to get away from "The Force" ITSELF!

I "sense" a "deep disruption" in the force right NOW, as you are READING this.....

If you read GND's post on national, Ashana won't be able to post anymore on local board.

Here, "De-listed providers may not post on TER discussion boards, and ads and promos for providers who have been de-listed from TER will be removed."

Course policy may vary from board to board depending on the moderator as Mr. Info suggested.

I read it.. Shame not to see her on the board anymore.

Yes GDC, it will be up to our beseiged and overworked moderator, RCP.  RC's track record has been very flexible and forgiving as long as he feels that things do not constitute abuse.  That would mean that if Ashana could post, she would need to limit its frequency and it could not be advertising.  It would have to be strictly of a discussion nature (which is a fine line for a provider).  For the most part, I feel that was the way that she conducted her posting in the past, anyway.

Another factor which has not been discussed is whether Ashana would DESIRE to post here anymore.  Although like many others I have thoroughly enjoyed posting with providers here (including Ashana), I fear that she may not continue posting for whatever personal reasons she may have (even if permitted).

I can personally say that whatever the outcome, it will NOT affect (either way) any  decisions which I may have to see her in the future.  AFAIAC, she remains the wonderful, sweet, and enticing gal that she is.

The rules state she will not be able to post - nor will we be able to post about her any more.

....because they either got banned by TER for evil practices or asked to be delisted.

Let's face it...not being part of the boards trilogy (TER/TBD/UG) takes a HUGE chunk away from any girls business. TER is the biggest of all boards, and being part of it brings lots of cash.

Exposure, either posting schedules,  participating in debates and, of course, pages of reviews,  makes your name known by millions of guys who are lurking and reading everything we post online. Those are the real clients, the ones who will call or mail saying how much they enjoy what you write and feel interest in seeing you. Most guys wants the whole package = brains & beauty :)

Eventually, she will regret her actions...you cannot survive only posting ads on Eros or similar places. Too much competition and your ad will not stand out.

I hope she does ok without TER, I wish her the best, but I think any girl who wants to be in the business is crazy to delist herself because of few so so reviews or rates bellow 10.

If you only have 9s & 10s, you set the expectations way too high. Guys will WANT the 9 or 10 and will expect no less. And if they think you are over rated they will post on their reviews because they were disappointed.

If you have reviews rated from 7 to 10, then whoever reads about you will understand that you're human and not a plastic doll and that your beauty is definitely in the eyes of the beholder. He will book you not expecting a Goddess, but a nice girl with an outstanding service.

My 10 cents :)

and i know plenty who do fine w/out bein listed or reveiwed on this board or any board.

This morning, I had a telecom with Ashana about this entire matter.  She explained to me in general terms what was behind her decision.  She left it up to me whether I desired to post what she told me, on this board.

First, let me say that it had NOTHING to do with ANY hobbyist(s) on this board, and certainly NOT to YOU, RCPro.  Ashana had nothing but the UPMOST regard and admiration for everyone I mentioned.

Second, apparently it had nothing to do with ANY TER staff, directives, rules or policies.  Based upon her comments to me, she harbored NO "ill will" toward TER in ANY way.

Finally, as information for the many of us who hold her near and dear, Ashana WILL REMAIN a provider for the immediate and foreseeable future.

Beyond the above, I will disclose what I know (in general terms) to anyone I "know" who might desire the information in pm, email, or other established personal contact ONLY.  Better yet if you know Ashana, the 411 can be obtained by contacting her directly.  For the future, Ashana and I will observe ALL of the TER rules as posted on the National Board.
