that's a joke, of course. Like DF said, you can send her packing if you like, or if she looks better then the photo, you can keep her. I have done both.

I am relatively new to suing agencies in London. I am particularly worried aboout sites where the pictures look too good to be true. What happens when the girl that shows up is different from the pictures that you saw? You don't pay? If so what do they try to do?

I assume you mean seeing, or pursuing agencies.

sorry! I meant using agencies

Don't know about London but in New York we usually don't pay and send her packing.

If you go ahead with it anyway then you should pay the full rate.

How reliable are the reviews on TER. Most of them seem to rate the providers quite highly. Any chance the providers are doing the reviewing?

As for mine, I can identify each one as to the person and session it was written about, and they are all really accurate with the exception of a couple tiny details (off the top of my head one reviewer said "she says that she plans to get a phone" when I didn't tell him that and don't give out a phone number until I have scheduled and screened.. another "she said she really likes___" when I didn't say that, not that it's a huge deal one way or the other..) The only other discrepancy is that in my profile it says no tats.. I do have two small tats I designed myself- been trying to get this changed, but since they are discreet and I am honest about them I haven't really had any problems in the meantime..

I actually was asked by a potential client this week if I had written a specific one of my reviews! I was shocked, and told him no, that he could contact any of my reviewers. However, I do understand that it can happen. However, my understanding is that with girls writing their own reviews, TER can tell right away because of the IP address and will kick them off/delete all their reviews. In the case of others writing fake reviews, you can usually tell by review history- if they just joined TER and have only one review, and especially if it is either the gal's only review, or if it is extremely inconsistent, then you know to be wary.

Overall, there will always be some variation in reviews and their accuracy, but you can usually tell with a bit of experience and research.

If you can get a lawyer to sue an agency for bait and switch, it'll set a precedent. Then all those ROBs out there will think twice before trying to pull a scam.Haha

Unless of course, you meant 'using(not suing)an agency'. Then I'd say, invest 20 bucks in a VIP and do a search of reviews.

you shouldn't either unless you let your small head rule your big head and see providers with no TER reviews.

If you go ahead with a provider anyway and upon meeting her she is not the girl you were supposed to meet you should leave immediately. Once you're inside her room and put the donation down, it will get more difficult to have second thoughts.
