Agency to Agency.  I have heard rumors of stealing money, drug use, arrests, and ripping off clients are some reasons for this activity. There may be other reasons but of course this does not apply to all escorts but I think it would apply more to the ones that may have been popular at one time but are now off the reservation.

Sometimes a girl is at an agency that just asks toooooooo many questions, and plays detective tooooo hard.  So, she changes bosses and the new boss is not so strict, OR she goes it alone, and if she's flakey she doesn't keep good notes . . . me likey!

Many factors come to play I did agency and branched out to my own thing. A lot of agency girls are  learning and exploring the business and eventually some of them become indy and some of them don't and are just looking for the place that offers the biggest cut or are working with 3 other agencies.  I train and mentor agency girls so I'm expose to it a lot. Some want to make a career out of it others it's just to make it by.  

I do know providers that have changed their name because of poor behavior and addiction and you know how it is once you have 3,4,5 bad reviews your career is pretty much over so they reinvent themselves, give themselves new names and go elsewhere.

So that's 2 ways of looking at it as well, but true be told if I was booking a provider for myself I wouldn't consider one that changed her name 20x I'm too curious, why did you change your name? Why did you jump from agency to agency? But that's just me

I typically don't respond too often on the boards anymore, but guess I had a little time on my hands .  Basically I could care less what a lady decides to do as it relates to being employed by an agency or going independent.  I would imagine there a number of reasons for it that would all seem quite logical in the thought process to me.  I guess it depends on how much the lady in question wants the additional responsibilities, how much she is looking to clear financially, and last but not least her comfort level.  Of course, there are always issues of personalities, trust, extracurricular issues and best fit for both the employer and employee to name just a few.  I don't necessarily see it as any type of indictment on the ladies or the agency.  Nor could I make a rush to judgement that she's flakey because she's made a business decision or changed for whatever reason from agency to indy or back and forth. I'm more interested in if she's my type, and other attributes I seek, such as how she treats me, cleanliness,  the overall experience, and value for the contribution.

I have ladies that I prefer and like period. Some work for Agencies, some or Indys.  I wouldn't read too much into her choice and definitely wouldn't draw a conclusion about her reliability.  Typically if someone is, to use the originators terms a flake, they are going to be a flake whether they are indy or agency.  In either case, they probably won't be successful for long.  Just a perspective from your lovable MILF Hunter .  Have a great weekend All.
