Underrated .....The Voice, a suggestive whispered "XXXXXX" remark always gets my interest going....
Overrated.......not much!
Putting that brain to use is the key, without an active imagination, the thought to put that imagination to use, the resulting enjoyment and the memory of the event are of little consequence and purely mechanical.

I don't shop for "parts" I too am only interested in the whole package.
and that's a great set of abs. In my experience it's a rare woman with a great sex of abs who doesn't also have a great ass, legs, etc. not to mention I will only DATY with a woman with a relatively flat stomach, I am not going to look up and instead of a nice valley leading up to twin peaks, see a fat belly instead.
Also, you can always turn out the lights on a "butterface" you can't hide fat, especially when naked, and how many fat asses have nice abs, I suppose there are a few, but pretty much a woman with nice abs is going to have a fit and trim rest of her body to go along with them.

I love armpits! In a basic sense, I prefer them freshly lathered with the natural dew that comes from a nice physical bout of fun.
Please, please, please forgo the antiperspirant-deodorant when we meet.
More particularly, when I have chemistry with someone I love their real smell - a full day or two of that strong information that comes out of the underarms can make me swoon.

THE NECK to me is the most underrated body part.
There is a phenomenal amount of activity flowing through and around the neck from circulation of vital fluids to our main control center (the brain) to it housing the starting point for the beginning of our vertebral columns (cervical vertebrae) which will send messages from our control center to everything within our vessel.
This makes the neck like the "Space Station" to launch (elicit) interstellar travel (synapses of pleasure) throughout our entire body. Yes, I believe one day that we are going to use the Space Station as a launching pad for Mars and other Planets (Ask Elon Musk! lol) (off the subject though! lol) I think with the proper tactile connection and manipulation of and to certain areas in and around the neck, our bodies (both sexes) will ease into an erotic state of mental & physical activity that would surmount erogenous fictional works such as 50 Shades.
The neck was a major focus when we first learned about the birds and the bees as kids. So many times we leave that out when embracing each other as adults today.
The most overrated body part (women) I would say are breasts because its becoming the norm now for us to have "enhancement surgeries" however that doesn't make us girls better in bed..it just makes it easier to look at us. lol KEGELS MAKE US BETTER! LOL For Men, I would say big feet. We sometimes place so much effort on the size of our mans foot and not enough concern on the "hygiene" of said feet. LOL
neckline, from shoulder along the clavicle (the sexiest bone on a woman's body) to where the throat, neck and clavicle meet and make that amazing indentation. I was first introduced to its awesomeness in a movie called "Big Trouble in Little China"; there is a scene at the end where Kurt Russell kisses Kim Cattrall forcefully on the lips in an elevator and all you really see is the back of his head and her neck flexed in passion, it was ridiculous, and it's still the most amazing neck movie scene that I've ever viewed. With the lighting in that scene you could really appreciate how beautiful her neck was.
Another very underrated part are the Dimples of Venus, just above the buttocks, on the lower back. With a nice tight back and ass, a woman can take complete control of my mind.
Overrated is breasts. I used to be a tit guy in high school, but I grew up to be an ass-man (but not in the wrong way)

Under-rated? I'll go with Boobs. After all, we as a nation need an entire month of buying Pink stuff from our favorite sports teams to remind us all of Breast Cancer Awareness. Me? I'm aware of them year round.
Over-rated? Ass. I just don't get the whole Butt Cheek Implant Craze and women deliberately wanting bigger asses knowing that when the cellulite settles in, they're gonna opt or reduction surgeries.
On my person, I'd say that my most under-rated is my back hair. Excess body hair and a bald spot are the results of higher than normal Testosterone, so I've got Drive.
Under-rated? My eyes. People will say I have a nice smile but it's actually the way my eyes sparkle than my teeth.

Feet are the most underrated. Something uber feminine about a petite, well pedicured set of feet on a lady that spins my crank evert time. Plus you can enjoy them anywhere you go. Side note, with the changing weather, sadly, all the pretty feet go into hibernation until spring. Bummer.
Most overrated, I'd say boobs. But then again I'm way more into ass, legs and feet than I am tits.
