If you don't already have a VIP membership, get one. if you only see well reviewed ladies (5 or 6 reviews) from experienced reviewers (a history of at least the same number of reviews) then you should be OK. Rip-offs exist in both independents and agencies. Again, do your research.
Would it be best for a person new to hobby to use an agency due to the risks (ie LE, bad service, no show, scam)for the first experince? I know searching reviews is the best course of action but some indepents require a refence and being a newbie I have none. And is there a review for agencys somewhere on the site?
I am pretty new and have never used and agency, While there are risk the few I have seen it is been worth the risk, i perfer a well reviewed lady than an agency but that is just my take

some Agencies that do not require reference checking for outcalls....
In Mystique's case we require either two provider references or another known and trusted agency reference before we will book the call...
While that restricts some newcomers we do recommned alternatives for them that help solve their issue of getting a valid reference...
You can always use RS2000, Provider 411 or Date Check and many times that is sufficient to meet any Providers reference requirement...
