Ok, so Megyn Kelly is a self promoting whore, but who in this business is not?
This can turn out to be a huge benefit for both parties and it will most likely effectively end the feud between Trump and Fox. Once again those people counting Trump out might want to reconsider your stance. If Trump can mend fences with Kelly, why not with Messicans and women in general? As for Muslims, I kind of doubt he is even going to try, I guess that's one Demographic Hillary can absolutely count on.
I've said it since the beginning, the first task for Trump was securing the nomination, if he hadn't pulled all the stunts he did, he would have finished in the back of the pack, now that the nomination is all but secured he can "pivot" like all candidates since the beginning of our two party system have done and try to appeal to the others than his "base" I am willing to bet that Trump is going to be a LOT smarter than Romney or McCain and not take a hard right turn at this juncture and hand the election to Hillary like both Romney and McCain did in their respective runs at the White House. I am not saying that Hillary is not deservedly still the favorite, it's just that those people counting Trump out before the race has even been run may be in for a surprise or two before it's all over.
You know, the ones he called names during the campaign? "Lying" Ted Cruz, "Little Marco" Rubio, Jeb "Low Energy" Bush, Carly "With a Face Like That" Fiorina and even John Kasic, whom he didn't give a nasty name to. Not one of them has endorsed him.
Then there's Uncle Tom Carson and Lard-ass Christie. He never really slammed them, so....
I suppose things could change, but Donnie's fence mending skills seem a bit lacking. And it's just as likely he'll go back to war with Kelly the next time she says something less than flattering about him.

Now while I find it very unlikely that he will ever mend fences with the likes of Jeb Bush, partly because it's more politically expedient NOT to mend fences with the face of the establishment that is the base of his popularity. There were 16 other people running for the office, lets just see how many end up coming around to his side.

As for Kelly, she comes out of this smelling like a rose, What chance would she have ever had of hosting a prime time network special without the Donald? This is a career maker for her. I predict Kelly will do the exact same thing as Trump, which is "what ever is in HER best interest"
