I think we ought to find a way where everyone has a pot to piss in without having to come to blows with each other over it. Nowadays LBGT folk have less problem meeting up with each other than we in the hobby do. So bathrooms aren't very attractive playgrounds for them anymore I don't think. Ever think how free and easy meeting up with a provider in a 4-star would be if she were of the same sex? Of course the female hobbyists could expound on that and enlighten us.OK, there are some very disturbed people who very much don't like the body they have. We can pity them. Some have limb dysphoria and want healthy limbs amputated. Some want to be disabled and intentionally blind themselves. Some have gender dysphoria and want healthy genitals amputated. google "Passion Star" for a picture of a possible tranny in the bathroom with your wife or daughter. A 6 ft 2 inch, bald, 245 lb, well muscled man who is a "woman" in the modern parlance.
Sure, the hottest, most feminine trannies with the best surgeons sure don't look like a problem for women's rooms...so no trannies would be a problem, right? wrong.

SO, by Liberal Logic, the fact that gay men will transform sex segregated bathrooms into places for sexual liaisons, it makes sense that men with other sexual abnormalities should be able to self declare themselves able to use the Women's room. That will somehow reduce the amount of sexual issues in bathrooms... er... no...wait.. got it! It will make sexual issues in bathrooms more Just by increasing them and making sure everyone shares them.
Second point of Liberal Logic: social statistics from Prior to enacting a problematic Liberal social engineering policy can be used to justify and predict the outcomes of that policy. Trannies once restricted to bathrooms appropriate to their biological sex, or only able to use the bathrooms they identify with if they were "passable" and so nobody knew they were Trannies resulted in an absence of Tranny bathroom problems. The absence of prior problems based on the prior policy indicates the new totally different policy could have no problems! Logic!
Oh wait, I forgot, you believe only real for true Sincere Passable Trannies will use this policy of "you are what you say you are". You just know this, because they are who you picture when you formulate the policy. Pictures in your head control reality, if you're a liberal.

OK, I'll take this nice and slow for you. What is the difference between a Man and a Trans-woman? One has a dick and the other doesn't? Nope. One looks like a Woman and the other doesn't? Nope. The difference is entirely psychological, a man becomes a transwoman by declaring he "identifies" as a woman.
So you and Megyn think that only people you would consider genuine trans women would use the women's room. But what do you do if a Man says he is a Trans-Woman just so he can use the women's room? Tell him/her he/she is wrong? Second guess his/ her identification based on his/ her appearance? Are we to issue doctor approved tranny cards to differentiate between the genuine tranny and the poser?
The Laws you support do not require a changed birth certificate, a round of surgery, any physical outward changes whatsoever. The Law only requires a statement about an inward psychological state. Therefore the Laws you advocate allow men, so long as they say they "identify" as women (right then) in the women's room. You, and Megyn, are wrong on the facts.
