Hello, I am a total new hobbyist.
I would be thankful for some advice on visiting AMPs. After you pay the door price what do you pay the girl if anything? Is it a tip and if a tip how much? And what would be the fee above the door price for a stroke job or full service? Or should that door price be all inclusive?

your area. There is great reguonal variation. I can tell you the going rayes for AMPs in Hawaii but it won't do you any good in Boston, or NY.
In general, AMPs have a house fee you pay to the mamasan then a "tip" for service that you pay to the gal. The house fee is not all inclusive. The tip at an AMP is a fee for servvice. This is different than with escorts. With reputable escorts the fee is all inclusive and tips are not expected, though some clients do tip.
Go to the MP board and ask about standard rates for your area.

It always depends on the AMP and how extras are handled. At some AMPs the girl will tell you how much extras cost. At other AMPs they may ask the client what he wants, ask how much and then negotiate. Some AMPs only provide HJ endings and so, just like a regular spa, rely on the client to determine the amount of tip (usually $40-$50). Prowling the AMPs can be exciting, but YMMV strongly applies. Once you find a good AMP and a couple girls you like, repeat as often as you can, because the ladies move around a lot, and you want to maximize good service when you find it before it disappears. Enjoy your new venture!

No will mean no. That happens about one time out of five at a new place I try out. Some times they'll say come back next time and maybe they will do something, but I've never gotten that far.

don't overthink things.
If you are nervous then they will more likely be nervous.
If you are at a HE type of place then it should progress naturally to that after the flip.
Where I live, price usually doesn't even come up for the standard HJ (I'm in the DC metro area) - I just leave the appropriate tip.
Be friendly to the girl and and good things will happen.
Just know that every place with a neon "massage" sign doesn't necessarily offer extras, some are completely legit.
Of course if it's a table shower type of place with a buzzer etc., then it's pretty much a sure thing.
You pay a single entry fee. This fee changes depending on session length and whether a table shower is included. Not all places have table showers, I include them in my comments because I prefer the places that have them.
Entry fees can be all over the place. An example might be $50 for half hour $70 for hour, $80 for hour with table shower. Or it might be $100 for 1 hour and table shower. It depends on the place. But these figures are published either online, on the window, desk or you can just call and ask, "How much for an hour? Does that include a table shower?"
Some place will throw in the table shower for free as a special (or Grand opening).
The tip is later and depends on the place, the girl and the service. You can check the massage girl reviews here to get some idea of what the going rates are.
Some advice to you since you haven't been to a place before:
1. The person who opens the door maybe the mamas-an (manager) or it might be one of the girls. They will either ask for the fee either right away or when they take you to a room. You will discuss how long an appointment you want (generally either a half hour or hour. Once you pay the fee and are in the room undress completely. If they offer a table shower get it first, there will be a robe or towel to wrap around you. Wrap the towel around you and sit on the table. They will come escort you to the table shower room.
2. In the table shower be obvious about what you like. If you like her to play with your ass, moan and let her know you like it when she touches there. (personally I try and get a shot off in the table shower room, but it is a tough thing to get -- I tell her before I pay the fee that I want a long table shower -- half shower half massage. A couple times I have asked the girl (after she has rinsed off the soap) to do it again. But that's me, did I mention I like table showers?
3.) If there is no table shower, when you strip in the room lie down on the table face down. Naked. Don't put the towel over you. This will help her to know that you aren't shy. She may ask you if you want hard, medium or soft. If you want to get the kinks out pick hard or medium. If you want to get the kink on then pick soft. While she is massage you and is nearby try to rub her legs or ass (gently not grabbing). If she keeps moving away that might be a sign she will not offer services or not. Don't push it if she keeps moving away. She might start playing with your ass or junk while you are on your stomach or she might not. If she gets close I try and moan to let her know I like it. Eventually she will ask you to flip. She might massage you on the front and be done or she might massage a little and then ask if you would like anything else. This is where the negotiations happen. It might be a HJ only place and she might ask "you tip?" and then go to town. Or she might ask "what you want?". I'm using pidgeon English because sometimes there might be a language barrier -- hand gestures might be the way to get your point across.
The tip varies by town and massage parlor. Read up some of the other massage reviews to see which parlors offer services. You just have to find the right ones. I have been to places where i have gotten a HJ for the entrance fee, sometimes 60 and sometimes 100 or 120. But when it has been the 100 or 120 it has been for 2 pops. (but for 2 pops it can be hard work to get)
I'm not a FS guy just like the HJ, so what I do for tipping is I put $60 in my left back pocket and that is what I give for a tip. (many times it is all I need for a HJ) In my other back pocket I might have a couple of 20s if I need to tip more. My front pocket has the entrance fee.
