Always accompany your young child or grandchild when they are using a public restroom!

this might go either way.  I'm curious of everyone's true feeling's on the issues in North Carolina with the Bathroom identification issues.  I'll go first so I don't seem like I'm just fishing.  I agree with the stance N.C. is taking if you are born with it you need to use that restroom.  If you feel you can't, find a port-a-pot.  My reason is this I'm quite sure that no one I know would like a biological MAN who identifies as a woman in a restroom with his young daughter or wife.  So there needs to be a different way of going about it, I can see that in the future there will be coed restrooms somewhat like our family restrooms now.  I mean no hatred by this at all, I have no issues with people who identify this way or are gay/lesbian.  I do feel that it infringes on the right of privacy to people who are using the restroom they have used for years... Please be respectful in your answers

For this to be an issue... Again this comes with no disrespected to any non-straight person, just use the restroom that matches the gender on your birth certificate.

You do realize I hope that some trannies not only "self identify" as a woman, but if they are post op they also for all practical purposes ARE a woman. Do you really want to force a person who lives 24/7 as a woman, dresses like a woman, looks like a woman, and no longer has a dick to use the Men's room?  

Wouldn't it make a lot more sense for people who are indistinguishable from other women to simply use the Ladies room, where "she" will be conducting her business inside a closed stall anyhow. Why would your wife or little girl have any idea what was on "her" birth certificate? Doesn't that make a lot more sense than having to explain to your 8 year old son why that "Lady" in a dress and full make up is in the mens room?

Why should society have to accommodate the minority, when it's their choice to dress the way they desire?  

 
The whole civil rights, thing was to protect people from the things the have no choice over. Example race/skin color. This nonsense over gender, in this case someone who decides to live as the opposite gender(post or pre-op) it's still a choice to portray the opposite gender.  

 
Perhaps, at least for the TS that goes all the way(post-op) they can register and verify that they need to use the lady's room, and receive a state issued lady's room license, at their cost

I AGREE, and I'll add, although their  numbers are few and far between in this day and age,  there are guys  who would physically harm a guy wearing a dress in the mens room.  

  Color me insensitive or rude but the fact remains without dispute, except from the blind view or   children, "very few" cross dressers in the public eye, are attractive.  
  Little Suzy won't pay any attention to Bruce with ruby red lipstick and a wig, wearing  a dress in the ladies room, as long as the ladies room doesn't have stand up urinals, and Bruce forgets he is supposed to be a SHE.

Always???    I don't have any grandchildren but if I did, my Hall passes from elementary and middle school are long expired.  
   
 I suspect next on the  Government waste of time agenda, a law requiring a minimum legal age to become a cross dresser.
 
   The sad truth of the matter, in some situations and many neighborhoods, cross dressing  could be more dangerous than smoking, no matter which bathroom they use..  

  None of this pertains to me and I don't really give a damn, but I do find it amusing President Obama is threatening to hold schools hostage, by  withholding Federal funds from schools that don't succumb to his desires.
  I can't help but wonder, does he realize where  Federal funds come from other than the printing press?  
   
What is the legal  definition of cross dressing?

Seems you're being way to liberal in your views on who will be allowed into which restrooms, and on what basis.

P.S. In many public schools, it's not uncommon for the boys to walk right into the girls restrooms. I imagine that happens much more frequently than boys pretending to be girls for that purpose. ;)

google "Passion Star" for a picture of a possible tranny in the bathroom with your wife.  A 6 ft 2 inch, bald, 245 lb, well muscled man who is a "woman" in the modern parlance.

Sure, the hottest, most feminine trannies with the best surgeons sure don't look like a problem for women's rooms...so no trannies would be a problem, right?  wrong.
If anyone can be woman if they feel like it Passion Star can be in the women's prison, or the women's room.
If anyone can declare themselves anything, then heterosexual men can declare themselves women just to make trouble.  Sure, normal men won't, but nobody is worried about normal men.
But wait!  We'll only let Real, Sincere Trannies in! say the libs OK, so now Target will need to have it managers making judgements about the real, sincerity of the subjective internal state of mind of self proclaimed trannies, since obvious visible characteristics are apperantly no clue to the sex of someone. Cock? check Beard? check Woman? yup!
