SF your chances here are low either because the quality ladies are booked for the international executives that resides here especially the Asian Pacific Rim. I have spoken with hundreds of potential SBs, and the biggest mistake most guys make is approaching them as if they were hookers...trying to "book" them, using hooker jargon (GFE, BBBJ, etc), and being too forward about "rates". If you aren't getting at least a 50% response rate in the SF Bay Area SB market, your game is off.
I do agree it can be a bit more expensive than procuring escorts, but not that much more if you play your cards right and the rewards are disproportionately higher for those looking for more than piece of meat to hump for 30 minutes.
seekingarrangement, sugardaddyforme are my personal favorites.. havent found many others that are worth the price of admission...

I'm trying this in a different area(Pa). A lot of girls are not serious that post on the websites. Just have to sort through many profiles. A lot of them have unreasonable expectations for my area. In SF though the world is much different than where I am. I also used arrangement finders.
