I am curious to know what types of information is exchanged between Providers when references are requested. Besides the obvious information such as safety, manners etc. what other information is exchanged? Curious to know if "likes" or "dislikes" is shared such as he likes certain positions or anything such as that? Age? Looks?
While I am on this topic I thought I would give a BIG shoutout of thanks to all of the ladies I have seen that provide references for me or a White List on occasion. It sure helps shorten the vetting process ladies have before seeing new clients.
If I am supposed to be discreet, that would mean that I don't share intimate details with ANYone, right? Besides, men like variety, so how am I supposed to know that what he liked with me, he is going to like with someone else?
I used to think that I could be candid with other providers with respect to references, until one forwarded my reference back to the gent. Now, my references usually say...He was a gentleman and I would see him again...or...he was not a gentleman and I would not see him again.

My first inclination is to suggest the same approach I advise my clients and answer only these questions when asked for a reference:
1. Did the individual work for you? (Or in this case; have you seen this individual?)
2. Is the individual eligible for rehire? (For our purposes; would you see this person again?)
That's it. Unless there is some safety issue the answer to those two questions should be enough for the inquirer to make an informed decision.
If I've only seen someone once, it's possible I don't remember them, but the notes on the date will reveal something like: SMELLY or TIPPED ME or NICE GUY or TRIED TO PUSH PAST BOUNDRIES. Yes, I pass that along. I would appreciate it if I were told of these things.
I always tell them I have seen you for years and your a wonderful guy! VERY HANDSOME and loves to have fun

Just want to say that you are a gracious lady who went way out of your way to help me in the last few days with a reference check. By the way when you guys are asking for a reference please provide accurate info that can make it happen it really helps. Hint here try to remember your old phone number or email address.
