The only way to stamp out bad behavior is to show it has consequences, it won't be tolerated, and it damn sure won't be rewarded. I think the provide in question is a cute little thing, but this is not the first time her business practices have come into question, and I bet there are more than a few guys now having second thoughts about taking a chance with her. You've done just fine.So I am taking the earlier advice of a few TER folks and writing to you all to share my non-experience with what would have been my 3rd provider back on 1 September.
I was about to go on vacation and had time to kill, so I called / texted multiple numbers before getting in touch with one independent provider at 9:30 pm. We arranged to meet at my hotel at 10:45 pm, but she wouldn't reply back until 11:18 when she said she was "running behind." The next response wasn't until midnight and 12:15 where she insisted that she was still on her way to me. I finally gave up and fell asleep (had an early flight in a few hours), but I would have heard a door knock or phone ring.
Throughout the whole texting back-and-forth, I don't feel I was rude or pushy. If she had only said that she couldn't make it, I wouldn't have minded and gotten more sleep while chalking up the day as a miss so much sooner. It's unusual since she apparently comes with fairly decent (and some high) reviews...but looking over a few of them I can see a pattern of her extreme tardiness.
I won't post her name and links on THIS post, but I will READILY have the information available to anyone who wants to know who she is (name, links, text screenshots) so you can save yourself time and money. Just PM me here on TER and I'll try to get back to you ASAP.
Understand too that this isn't being done with malicious intent. Sure, I'm a little irked about having wasted my time, but even a new guy like me knows that telling someone you'll be there and then not showing for 6 or 7 hours is pretty godawful customer service. Like I said, PM me to find out who and save yourself the headache.

I understand your perspective GaGambler... but you do have some fanboys who will go to war with you if their "favorite" provider who flakes more times than not... is called out by another hobbyist. I get your point as "if you are willing to participate, then participate dont half step and take the good with the bad"; but sometimes you just want to be informative and not spend energy defending yourself from being a piece of "shit" because a provider no showed you.
On a side note I can totally believe it with the provider in question.
It's chickenshit, but it seems to be what most so called veterans seem to recommend, which makes most veterans chickenshit IMO. These are the same chickenshits who have made 10-10 reviews worthless because they are so common. SOMEBODY has to make a stand, and I give huge kudos to the OP for doing just that.
As long as we do things around here the "same old way" we are going to get the "same old results" and I don't think anybody will agree the same old results are anything to strive for.

If you participate in this hobby long enough, you're going to run across the occasional "bat-shit" crazy provider. For that reason alone, I have no issue with the OP's post. You never know what some of these gals might do when they feel "scorned. But let me also say that the number of crazy, potentially vengeful ladies in this market is most likely a very, very low percentage.
I finally gave up. She is a late night only, outcall only provider. Normally, I am a late am/early afternoon hobbyist, but her exceptionally hot pics had me wanting to see her.
I texted her around 2 pm one day, looking for an appointment. She said she works 8pm to around 3am. She said she wasn't sure she could do 8pm, but would text me when she checked her schedule. I asked if she could do an outcall to my house, since I didn't want to get a hotel. She asked what city I lived in, and when I told her, she said OK.
Several hours later, no answer. I figured she couldn't make it, and "took care of myself". Around 700pm, she finally got back to me and said she could come. Well, I'm often a one shot guy. Not wanting to chance "equipment failure", I was honest with her, and asked if I could reschedule. She said that'd be NP.
A few days later, I texted to pre-book for the next day. Since I'm not a night-owl, I wanted to make sure I got her as early as possible. She said she could do 8pm. The next day, I texted a few hours ahead to confirm. She said she could see me at 11pm. That was too late for me, and I said I'd have to reschedule.
A few days later, I texted and asked what her schedule was the next day. She said 8pm-3am. I asked for 8pm, and she said fine. The next day I texted a few hours ahead to confirm. She said she could see me at 11pm. This time tho, I was prepared for this, and I said 11 pm would work. A few hours later, she texted again and said 11pm wouldn't work, but she could do 1am.
Sensing a pattern, I didn't bother to reply. Hot as she is, it's too much trouble to bother. If I'd said I could do 1am, she probably would've changed it to 3am. Regardless, I'm done trying to see her. As many wise men on this board have said, I will beg for it, I will pay for it, but I won't beg to pay for it. Plenty of hot women out there.
As a rule of thumb, I will never reschedule an appointment.
Give someone an inch, and they will end up taking a mile.
That and I refuse to be the client that escorts assume will re-arrange a schedule just for them.
Definitely a pattern with her and I'm not surprised. Sorry it happened to you, man. All that you can do is keep spreading the word that she's not one to be trusted when it comes to punctuality and that she'll only string you along and see you on her time.
I ended my vacation feeling on top of the world though. I highly recommend you and everyone else check out EAA (Exotic Asian Atlanta). They did a pre-screen and hooked me up all within the same day (just have at least one reference).
