Constitution provide for pardons? The answer is that sometimes it is more important for the country to give someone who has broke the law a free pass than it is to prosecute or punish them.

We don’t investigate/prosecute President Bush for torture, or President Obama for drone warfare, bc of the ramifications for future presidents. It doesn’t matter what the facts really are – we are not going to prosecute these guys bc they were acting for the good of the country, notwithstanding both exercised terrible judgment. Hillary put that server in her house to make things easier for her as Secretary of State.

No meaningful crime here. I say go after her all you want as long as she is a private citizen- but once she becomes President elect, let's not waste the country time on this silliness.

So your suggestion to “wait until the facts are in” for the President -elect begs the very question I raised-isn’t better that she spend time running the country than defending against such a technical charge that caused no harm to nobody? Take a look at how much Bill Clinton accomplished after the Monica Lewinski scandal broke. He could have taken bin Laden out but didn't

Did wife of weiner spill her guts or did she lie and try to cover up for hillwhorie.

Don't know if she did but if she lied to the FBI and gets caught ...it is prison time for her.

I think the grip is getting tighter

Hillary and her cronies on his last day in office?  She will be the president elect at that time. Do we really want her to waste time dealing with an investigation, and possible indictment, for  technical violation of a  record keeping statute?

Be honest. Wouldn’t you rather she spend her time running the country than having to deal with this kind of mess? Wouldn’t you rather have her spend her time strengthening Obamacare and passing some tough gun laws?

Doesn’t the FBI have better things to do? I still think appointment of a special counsel will take place if the FBI finds she committed an indictable offense but do we really want to pay millions to a special counsel to investigate what is really no more than bad judgment?

Certainly, if Governor Perry can avoid a felony trial bc his cronies on the top court changed the law to give him a pass,  and President Bush can avoid a torture investigation because we need to “look forward,” no one should be upset if President Obama pardons Hillary for the good of the country

You nor I have any idea what she saw in terms of things being classified or not. And it was her stupidity, arrogance and crookedness that led her to go down that private server road to begin with.

Lets see what the facts are before we pardon her, would that be ok counselor?

Stupid, arrogant crooks shouldn't step one foot inside the WH. Its also why I am against Trump. lol

That's ridiculous and corrupt on its face. Lets see what the evidence is and then go from here.

You seem to be saying lets give her a pass REGARDLESS of what she did. And how would that affect her presidency? Even the lib media would smell blood in the water as she wouldn't have any credibility to lead if peeps thought she only got off due to a pardon.

In case you haven't noticed this is an anti-insider, anti-establishment, year and him pardoning her would be the height of what dirty establishment types do for each and further evidence that the entire system is corrupt and God only knows what would happen then.

And I call bull shit on "Hillary put that server in her house to make things easier for her as Secretary of State."

She did it to dodge congressional oversight, and congress represents the people, and that is corrupt in and of itself.

my values tell me that a felon as President isn't good

but dems can rationalize ANY behavior from those with whom they agree

mari's post is a great example showing libs have no values and character

whadya expect from folks who think infanticide is a human right, hiding the horror behind the benign word "choice"

their parent must be SO proud

liberals are vil

.....pretty hard to prove intent, if that's all they have.
Much to do about nothing.
