Anybody have any thoughts if there will be FKK clubs or something similar in Canada if the Canadian Supreme Court upholds the recent ruling by the court of appeals on allowing bawdy houses? It seems like it would be a much cheaper expense for US hobbists. Any speculations on what the hobby environment in Canada will look like in a year or so?
It was my understanding that while the act of prostitution is not illegal pimping (for lack of a better term) is. I would think that this would rule out an FKK.
I'd love to see FKKs pop up in Canada but I doubt that they would be the bargian they are in Europe.
Actually I believe that is the exact same as the law in Germany. Hence the owner of the FKK does not get paid by the girl based on activity. Technically it is a type of "swing club" where the FKK owner sets the rules and gets paid by all parties for entrance to the club, then the provider "contracts" directly with the hobbyist for each interaction (which is legal since prostitution is legal in Germany).

I know, at least in Ontario, that outcall is legal but incall is not -- that "bawdy house" thing. I agree with other posters about the FKKs in Germany. Everyone, including the girls, pay to get into the club. Then, whatever happens between consenting adults happens. I don't understand how flat-rate clubs (Partytreffs) work. You pay a flat rate (usually about EUR 100) to enter and you can have sex with as many of the girls as often as you want. I don't know how the girls can make money unless they are employed for other things -- housekeeper, cook, bookkeeper, etc (at least on paper).
I believe (not certain) the way the flat rate party treffs technically work is that the total pool of money paid is divided by some predetermined time based percentage between the girls and the owner of the location. Therefore, the club is not employing the girls. In fact, one can argue that the girls are getting paid by the attendees, then reimbursing the club for use of the facilities based on the time they are there.
