Consider contacting a few practitioners or agency bosses and buy them lunch.  You may get some rejections but with persistence you'll find some friends.  If you happen to know anyone in the business, start with them.

Well, hello, with a work name of Sexy Hot and Classy how could I turn down such a request. To me, with respect to my valued fellow members, some of the responses do not take on the question you ask.  To me, sometimes, I am a ramble rouser, so why not, I will try to answer it.  

First, I do have a limitation in my response. That limitation is that there is not a picture available of you. That, to be candid, would factor into my answer.  it would impact some of the recommendations to what agency that I would recommend to you.

As I understand it, the Atlanta agencies are, in no order at this time,

1. Gold Club
2. Jasmine's Fantasyland
3. Belle's of Atlanta
4. Exotic Flavors
5. Pink Pleasures
6. Heavens Playground
7. Southern Elite Companion's
8. Sally's Playhouse

I am open to correction but these are the local agencies based on my research.  In one way or the other, they are all good.

Before going on, regarding the sugar daddy/baby thing, well, to me, that is not a good idea. What are the expectations?  Now I have done one I guess. My mutually necessity it became our arrangement. I was overseas (I am a widower), I had three daughters. She was a mid twenties Russian drop dead good looking lass who needed to quit "working" for awhile. It was her suggestion which surprised me as she had her own nice place and was well set financially. She lived with me in my London flat with me and my three daughters.  She loved it. She was great with my daughters. The homework, the girlie thing. She became their valued counsel. It was a fun time. When it was time to go they missed her. Sure, she made the nights fun for me too. But it was "regular" sex and not "provider" sex - huge difference. I don't think that counts as a sd/sb as she was not paid, but neither was she out any money. I did support her education and other financial needs without question.  She also ran the house, too. I will never get over how someone that very good looking (and she was a very highly rated escort) took to be a maternal role model to me daughters and womanly companion to me. Again, I don't think that counts as SD/SB but maybe someone smarter than me could figure it out. To me in a SD/SB it comes down to the expectations. My counsel, skip it.

Ok, agencies

JFL takes on a lot of girls brand new to the industry and then they tend to move on.  I have booked 3 from there. All strove very hard for me to enjoy the booking. I found them to be friendly girls. They had one girl that I missed out, but I would walk a mile to see her. Jasmine seems to find these very good looking new girls. They make sex fun, too

Belles of Atlanta seems to focus on young spinners. I have 1 there and had a great time.  

Next Sally's Playhouse focus is African American girls. I have not booked there. As a 5'7" very very average 50'ish white guy I don't see myself up to their speed. Hey, I m just being honest here. I have no experience there.  

Pink Pleasures. I have not booked there yet. They are upscale but small.  I don't know much about them. Their turnover seems low.  A good sign.

Heavens Playground.  Booked once here.  Not a great booking, but not the agency's fault.  Diverse group of ladies.

Southern Elite Companions. small agency but still diverse and upscale.  I have booked once there and had a fantastic time. That girl has gone and do I miss her.  Misty is a well regarded former provider and the turnover there seems low.  A good sign.  Very well run agency.  

So far, I would have SEC on your list to investigate. JFL possible depending on your circumstances, I think a lot of Jasmine.

Two other get my strongest recommendations for your consideration

Gold Club - excellent owner, but I have a bias as after talking to him I see that he and I have very much the same business decision making process.  Great staff. Fantastic ladies.  Very upscale. Largest agency in town. The girls enjoy working there. That speaks to any well run organization.  If you are looking for a well run organization, Gold tops the list in the business run side of things.  I have booked there 3 times.  One, if I were to do SD/SG she would be my choice.  Only gal I would have liked to have known personally. I enjoyed sex with her, but also enjoyed meeting her as a person. A very very underestimated provider in this area. A Carolina type gal to her toes. To close, I have recommended Gold to girls I thought were a fit when the girls asked me.

Given my "take" on your post.  Call Sunny at Exotic Flavors first.  I am not saying not to call Gold, or JFL or SEC because perhaps you should. They would all talk to you about this.  Without reservation, I once recommend Sunny to a four propects.  One joined. Sunny is an excellent, smart, and caring mentor to her girls. Sunny has low turnover. She knows and cares for her girls. She knows what her customers want better sometimes than they do. I have booked once there, but look to book more.

Lastly, consider a meeting with Ginger. Ok, I am not trying to put Ginger on the spot. but she impresses me. I have met her a 4 events. People like her and respect her, rightfully so.  She did not earn, and I mean earn, Miss TER for nothing.  I have not booked with Ginger as I don't see myself ready yet. She is perhaps one of the best in this country. I have nominated her to a global listing of top providers.  She is that good, as is my impression.  For advice, Ginger knows.....

I've helped many girls get started and I don't recommend an agency.  Although some agencies are great, they are a business protecting their bottom line.  I recommend the book "The Business Side of Escorting, Second Edition".  I also recommend finding some established, veteran providers to spend time with.  It's very important that new providers learn how things go "behind the scenes" as far as screening, safety, etiquette, what is a good session, learn the difference between myths and truth, laws in the areas she's working, etc, etc, etc.  You won't learn this from agencies.

Things like location, price point expectations etc. all matter.  
Personally I have spent time with several girls from Misty's group (Southern Elite Companions) and Sunny's ladies (Exotic-Flavors) and both have been awesome.

Also, as someone mentioned earlier, Ginger Taylor is a great wealth of knowledge and a wonderful woman with a lot of insight into the industry.

Obviously, there are plenty of options, but the three ladies I've mentioned have plenty of experience and stellar reputations in the hobby.  Basically they are awesome ladies that I trust
