Believe it or not, I prefer blends where it comes to Scotch, Johnnie Blue or Royal Salute are a couple that come to mind.  
   
 but I would never turn down a Bushmills 21, Maybe we can invite a certain poster who runs around here with his hair on fire and settle that bet that ST C and I have been talking about for a few years now. I bet you a bottle of your choice on "no bounce" lol
If its my choice I'd go for the 1984 Jora - but that's an esoteric not too many of us could handle and appreciate.

Course its Scotch, and you said Irish... Bushmills 21 - gee, lemme see.... yeah ok, I can live with that:
