At this time in history, for the most part, President Obama and President Bush are only despised by Partisan Hacks.
History books in 2070 will show both of them were great Presidents when their records are closely examined and recorded by non partisan history authors.
Of course, history in 2070 will only be recorded, if the World is not destroyed by crazy evil people like Hillary or Cruz.
