... replacing the existing rule book governing the convention from the rules of the U.S. House of Representatives, which have been used at Republican national conventions for decades, to Robert’s Rules of Order, which is common in civic and organizational meetings. In the right hands, it can be a powerful mediating and negotiating tool. In the wrong hands, it can become more machine than man, twisted and evil. Sorta like Darth Vader, only more serious.  
"Point of Order" will become the single most commonly uttered phrase at the RNC if this is allowed to fruition and it will make a bad situation even worse.  

There can be only one reason for this abrupt switch - to negate the power of the individual voter and replace it with the power of insider elitists who don't care about the accurate perception they are destroying the Republican party from the inside out.  

And cynically enough, they want to obliterate proper parliamentary procedure at the convention by implementing the Bible of Parliamentary Procedure in a manner contravening the actual reasons for Robert's Rules in the first place. It's a brilliant maneuver that WOULD hurt Trump, but considering the devious machinations of the Cruz'ers, they could use it to their advantage to illegitimately secure a Cruz nomination.  

Then all we need is Cruz on some Ass riding into Washington DC like some Megalomaniac with a Messiah complex.
