Maybe see a girl on the weekend after I seen her a couple of times. I want a certain level of treatment and respect. I feel off-the bat looking like Rob Dyrdek minus some fundamental deference is problematic as I tend to be be similarly dressed off the clock....and occasionally throw in a polo type of shirt for some class.

I have a question for both the gentlemen and ladies at the hobbying world. Are you less likely to hobby on the weekend than week days? I know the most obvious reason is family time but was wondering what other reasons people may not hobby as much on the weekend.
If you do not mind a relative newbie chiming in - my experiences thus far have been exclusively on weekdays, but based on your question my practice may have been based on a bad assumption.
I had assumed that hobbying, like many other recreational activities, would be oversubscribed on weekends and ladies I would be interested in seeing would be booked up well in advance. I will be very interested in seeing what replies you get. I may change up my schedule.
if you look at the tour schedule of traveling ladies many times the dates are not on the weekends.
Weekends can work since I am on call for work always and have excuse to get away, but with 3 kids, sports rule making it a tad difficult
I prefer weekends but also do weekday evenings/nights but rarely during the day on a work day
I like weekends too! But that's because I'm a fan of exploring the world with my friends and there is usually more to do on the weekends. And dc offers so much as far as museums, restaurants, music.

I love to play on the weekends. You guys are not in work mode and much more kicked bacl.
I am single, so I don't worry about having to balance dates with providers and family commitments.
A couple reasons I prefer weekend dates: 1) I am more relaxed and have more energy on weekends 2) I have found that, generally speaking, providers are more likely to give "non-rushed" sessions on weekend evenings.
But my experience may not be typical of other hobbyists.
I can think of lots of reasons why people may not hobby as much on the weekend: must-see sporting events, music concerts, playing a round of 18 holes of golf, going out to dinner with friends, weekend get-aways to the beach...
All weekend activities I myself enjoy and I'm sure other providers as well...I have actually spent a day golfing then dinner and then late night fun with a friend and it was one of the best dates since I started doing this...To me it makes for a non rushed real and exciting time. We get to see each other in normal atmospheres and it really is more like a date!

Thank you for the responses thus far. I think it is a common misconception that guys don't bother cause they assume the lady will be busy and I think because of this ladies don't have a weekend schedule because they end up sitting around. I always try to schedule over the weekend on the off chance that that is not the case and if I do end up with no date I have tons I can do downtown although not as much fun by yourself but there are times my gfs are in town and at least we can have lunch together.

I don't have a preference. Whom I see is far more important than when I see her. I'd rearrange my schedule to see you.
Because I travel a lot, I'm gone more on weekends, but I am in NoVa most of the time.
You probably know that hotel rates in this area are much lower on weekends. If that helps you, great!
On the other hand, business travel is much higher during the week. Is your target locals or guys visiting DC?
The golf/dinner/playtime date is definitely something I'm looking forward to with you.

flexible during the weekend unless I have plans with my family..
I live about 45 min. from DC or NoVA so its easier for me to have apts. during the weekends, rather than trying to get there after work.

First let me say how wonderful I know an extended (weekend) date with you would be. If only I could be in DC this weekend I would take you up on the offer for sure...
Sadly, weekend time is fairly scarce for many of us hobbyists. Aside from the general family obligations many of us have, there are other hobbies that we may partake in on the weekends, errands that need to get done, home projects completed, and even the occasional work emergency that can crop up. As such, I have typically only partaken in this hobby during the week.
On top of that, there is the added expense of an extended date that may blow many guys budgets. Personally, I think your rate structure is great and shows that you clearly value extended dates.
All that said, I think the key is for you to notify some of your closest friends that you are available for an extended weekend date. With a little advanced planning, and a little luck that all the stars align, anything is possible.

It depends on when I can sneak out and what my work schedule is like. Sometimes I have to work to 6:00 am in the morning on Saturday, so weekends are no good. My set times are random. But one thing I will say as John Harbaugh told his team, "Bad things happen after midnight". That is the one rule I try to live by when I hobby.
...be flexible and compromising on the weekend.
Much harder to get out of the house on weekends.

Weekday or weekend makes no difference to me. Location, however, does. Certain areas are better for the weekday, and others are better for the weekend. I like to have fun every day of the week.

Relaxed. No pressure of having to get some work done first.
Well rested. Usually like a noon or early afternoon start after sleeping in.
Easy communication day of, as not a work.
And easy to do last minute preps for date.
Lighter traffic.
I'm single, so not too many weekend commitments.
Get myself a nice lunch after this with a big smile on my face!

When I do get an opportunity to play on the weekend, I make the most of it. I don't have huge amounts of time during the week -- 90 minutes is about my maximum. I have done a three-hour date Saturday afternoon, coupled with a two-hour session on Sunday morning, though.
