No, but would be interested to know what you find out. I also have a place in my heart for the same, and the last several years have been hard going in DC..

So I went to the site and filled out the contact form, which was very reasonable and non-intrusive, focusing on TER reviews and provider verification. About 2 days later I just got a note saying I was approved for an appointment, BUT that I would need to bring my Drivers License to prove identity. That's a deal breaker for me I am afraid...
Not sure why that would be a deal breaker -- but everyone has a right to their own standards. A number number of providers have requested that on the very first visit to verify that I'm the person they screened. In one case I'm not even sure the girl could actually read the thing.
