I was recently made aware that there was a post to the Atlanta board calling out a provider I work with and have groomed in this hobby was called a "flake". Before calling someone a flake, please have email correspondence that substantiates such a claim and what's more, it's rather tacky to post such a thing to a public forum without allow the person in question to defend themselves. All emails that went back and forth in no way suggests that she "flaked" on a client. Being flaky as a new provider is the kiss of death and I would always strongly caution someone whom I have groomed against doing such a thing.
If anything it seems as if the client/suitor/hobbyist booked with another provider more to his liking (which is ok of course) and failed to notify the provider in question but instead chose to come off rather rudely via email and apparently somewhere on the TER Atlanta board. Why do that? Is that an attempt to smear her name just as she's getting started? Like I said. The full email exchange is easy to pull and before you come for someone in public, make sure you can fully substaintiate the claim. That is all.

She was questioned and informed about the post by one of her regulars who saw it yesterday afternoon. I saw it last night but it appears it's no longer here...perhaps the writer took it down? Dunno. Went ahead and vented because one sided bad mouthing in public forums happens far too frequently for many providers but many clients/suitors fail to self analyze 1) What they might have done to cause XYZ behavior 2) In this case stop and think about what evidence they have (or lack thereof, and email trails) to substantiate claims. Wish I had the link though.
I enjoy what I do, have met awesome men and women and have coached quite a few on etiquette and I want everyone to have a safe and fun time during their stint in the hobby. She's a sweet, Southern girl-next-door type and I want her to always do well and to always keep emails lol!!!
