Guys (from experience) do u love all natural breasts or does it matter? I already have a sweet soft C cup but I was thinking that a busty D might be even better..what do u think?
Natural. Some manmade are sorta OK, but not rock hard ones.

I do prefer natural, but I will not rule out seeing a lady that I'm interested in just because she has implants.
Prefer Natural however if you persist in getting them done you certainly need to do your homework. A very good breast job will run you between 5k to 10k. Anything less you'll get what you paid for. You don't want to end up with buying a set of ROUND GLOBES that have a HUGE GAP or ones that end up being hard as a rock. You need to really check around, ask some other ladies if they liked their doctor. Check out their work. Don't settle it's your body and if you make the wrong decision you'll have to deal with it.
Too often implants are overdone, rock hard or you feel the ridge lines under the skin.
They look great in the tshirt or swimsuit, but fail the play test, especially if you get desensitized nipples.
However, this is critical, if they make you feel better, sexier, confident, and sexually charged, get them. That change in attitude can compensate for a lot of dislikes
...however as a previous poster said enhanced is not a deal breaker.
First question is why would a busty D be even better? If it's for you because you want it that's one thing but if it's for something or someone else then don't do it.
I prefer all natural breast. However, like someone said that it isn't a deal breaker. Natural just feel better to me.
I like large breasts - D or larger. Natural or enhanced is fine, but enhanced ones defy gravity longer over time in many cases.
As pointed out earlier in the thread, if it leads to increased confidence for the lady, it's a win-win to upgrade to DD or larger (assuming they're done right and depending on the body type etc.).
Just my 2cents, but large fake breasts are a turn off for me. I'd much rather an A cup than hard fake DD's. I have seen some that I couldn't tell, but those are very few and far between. DD's that defy gravity just look weird to me and I find them very distracting. In most cases they are a deal breaker.
I am all inclusive. Just saying I like large breasts and dig the centerfold/porn star look.

Back in the 90s, I "dated" a stripper pre-, during (too sensitive during healing phase), & post-op... her Boobs tasted the same post-op, though the harder silicone implants she got felt... odd. Her confidence went up threefold, and with her taste in everything.
There's always a Downside, but if you think it's the right move for you - go for it.

But I will accept DD bolt ins as long as the nips are responsive

If they were soft, full, responsive and they made her feel sexy and more comfortable in her skin, I don't think I would mind them at all.
I've considered implants because my cup size means I rarely have cleavage, and I don't look nearly as sultry in a plunging neckline as more well endowed ladies.. but I think being a less-busty lady has its perks as well, so I'll stick with these.
Artificial boobies are a deal breaker for me. Just my preference.
