is she a cop?

I am new to this hobby and a tad nervous. If I get busted my life is over. Not sure if I want to risk it.

but here is the question:

How do I know she is not a cop? She is an independent. She is on a few review websites (including this one). Only has reviews from about 5 people in the last 2 months. (all good)
I haven't set up a time with her yet.  (try to do that now)

First, her website has naked pictures of her. I thought I read somewhere in this board that if you see the provider naked on her website it means she is not a cop. Is that true?

And if she isn't a cop can she be a part of a sting if she was busted by a cop. (like she would get a lighter sentence if she helped the cops out by busting me)

If she is a cop or working with cops at what point can they bust me? She works out of her apt. If I show up can I get busted. If she is naked and I am naked am a past the danger zone.  What are the clues that she is cop? What can I do to prove to her I am not a cop?

Thanks

Trey

Getting harassed by LE is a risk to every participant in this industry.  As far as the laws of your state, you should consult a lawyer with your questions.  Different jurisdictions handle these situations differently.  In Orange Co., CA, the buzz is that a cop can go through with an entire session before identifying himself.  In Canada, the buzz is that it's legal to do outcalls, but not incalls.  It's different depending on what city, state, or country you're in.

FYI... she wasn't a cop... I had a ball.
