My advice is use your best judgment. If you feel that it makes you uncomfortable, then don't do it. However, if you feel like it will bring excitement, then do it. It does seems interesting to wrap your mind around it.

Sisters working for the same agency. I had seen one before her sister appeared. I might have seen both separately, but both sisters together in a doubles session? I had to decline.  

Similar situation: I booked with a "newer" gal. Incredible extended dinner date. Only to find out that her best friend (like a sister) was someone I had seen many times... like ATF and very familiar/close. Two amazing women... and a situation that felt just a bit awkward. She knew a LOT about me and her friend. I still don't quite know how to react.

They are consenting adults - I don't see a problem.  Especially given that I am willing to pay ladies to do all sorts of pervy things.  In the general range of that - this is pretty vanilla.  Now - if I could have a mother-identical twin interactive D/S foursome....  

Oh yeah - and the ad does say "all about you" which is code for "no lesbian interaction between them..."  On my personal "perv scale" - this is a 4.  Interesting but hardly compelling just on that basis.  That being said, the girls involved seem like they might be a good time - and your own experience certainly would indicate that they might be a lot of fun in a double not considering the sister thing.  Team work is a good thing.
