as a highly reviewed provider friend told me, ""the atmosphere is for me (her) not them (the rest of you johns )."  lol

Everybody likes a nice work environment, brings out better productivity.

I don't give a damn about what music ( if any ) is playing .
I don't give a damn about the lights being dim and the candles lit.
I only see beautiful providers and like to get a good look at them.
That other stuff may be important to some of the guys, but not me.
I do appreciate the effort to try to set the mood, but it's not important( at least to me).
Maybe it's just me, I don't know. Just needed to get that off my chest. I hope nobody is offended.

This thing is about what you want out of the encounter.

And can appreciate it, but there have been a few times when I've been with a beautiful woman and couldn't hardly see her because it was so dark. That was frustrating. I've even asked a couple to turn the lights on.

Now when with my SO, dark is good. My  mind lets me imagine I'm with one of Atlanta's finest. I probably shouldn't have said that.

That poor lighting with candles flickering helps the provider's appearance.

As another provider friend told me, "it's all about the fantasy of the dark room."
lol of course she didn't speak English to well so I might not have heard her correctly.

Lots of women do not pass the "light of day" test. I've known a lot of strippers over the years, I once owned several dozen condos that I couldn't sell and ended up renting about thirty of them out to strippers. Seeing some of them during the daytime without their "warpaint" on was a very sobering sight. lol

So yes ladies, if you have stretch marks, bad complexion etc, or if WE look better to you with the lights dim, by all means leave it dim. lol

I had yet another provider friend tell me that she knew the proper lighting was achieved when she couldn't "see" the customer clearly.
lol

And you'll both be happy.  Or unhappy (as the case may be).

Don't like the sound of a "clapper" in a hobby context.  LO

You should embrace it and let her have something that pleases her and makes her comfortable.

I'm with you on most points, I do however, care about the candles, I can't stand them, especially the scented ones. They nauseate me. If I had my way though, I'd like the room to be well lit so I can see the lady I'm with. that's my .02

Usually there is a video camera involved and I've got the shades off the lights and widows open trying to get the room nice a blazingly bright!  I turn off all sound, no music, no tv, so I can focus on the slurp, slurp, gag, slurp.

I of course look terrible in this light, it really brings out my stretch marks, but the girls look great :)

Maybe the music drowns out your monotonous voice. Not every woman wants to hear Ben Stein talking dirty.
"Mood lighting" is a good way for her to avoid seeing you. Sure, you go for beautiful women but did you think that an obese Ben Stein without the handsomely thick wallet might look better in the darker single tea light lit apartment?

I'm not White Knighting, I'm speaking from experience! :-)

Watch, then imagine ladies that's me saying "Woww."

You're welcome folks.
