1. TER doesn't post/host photos. The "website ad / Personal website" links in the general details portion of the TER profile is where a hobbyist garners his photo info of a provider. You can post a pic on the TER regional boards; but it must already be "hosted" with its own "URL" by another internet venue.
2. If a provider gets a "RipOff" review everyone will know.
If a provider gets ripped off by a hobbyist alerting the other providers is done at the "Providers Only board". Additional venting and warnings can be done at: http://www.nationalblacklist.com/.
