Question About Provider Phone # Google Searches

I'm finding that when I google a potential provider's phone #, I'm often getting a link to some site claiming that the number in question has somehow been involved in a bust.  At first, I went with it. But now I'm paying more attention and noticing that more numbers are showing those types of results than one might expect and also, those pages are then trying to sell you on another site.

So, I suppose I should be smart enough to know the answer to this question but what the heck. :) Those "Escort Bust" search results should be completely ignored?

...you get nothing. They are simply searching the net picking up legit info for their not legit purposes.

It is just a scam, much like the site reporting 'johns' who reply to scammer ads. Pay and pay.
I think they want the escort sting google result to scare away business and motivate the provider to pay to be (allegedly) removed from the listing.

I know several providers and myself, on my previous phone number (possibly my current number too) who had no affiliation with stings or had ever been busted.

Hopefully, this fraudulent site will be shut down soon.
