There's one on Savoy road conveniently located in the Sandy Springs/ Dunwoody area.  I believe the charge  a fee for a dog-- but beats boarding you dog.

Hello everyone! I'm going to be visiting shortly and I was wondering if anyone can recommend a nice hotel or area to stay? I'm traveling with a small dog so if anyone knows good doggie day cares I would love to hear about that too.

I'm also interested in broadening my horizons with doubles appointments...

Thanks!

is a good location for many of us.I have no idea about doggie friendly hotels.

Hello Ava and welcome to Atlanta.

Ok, I  admit it. I am perv. I saw your pictures before I responded. With that, again, welcome to Atlanta.

I concur with the recommendation of the Perimeter Mall area.  If I may, and since you are new to town, I will offer that you consider searching for hotels on Ashford Dunwoody Road.  Several nice and mid priced ones along there.

PetSmart has  popular dog kennel operation. The area is one of the better areas in town without going over board about it. There should be some good places for your dog by searching on the same zip code as the hotel for one.

Other places.  Avoid Gwinnett County as the chance for being busted is high.  Cobb is OK, It was some good spots and bad spots. It is however too far for what would be your target clients.  The airport area has nice hotels but the surrounding area is poor.

Good luck.

Also, you do certainly know how to wear a dress/skirt - I thank you

Nothing wrong with Gwinnett if you use your head and not BP.

Hi Ava!
I also have a dog and had to stay in a hotel while my home was renovated. I used the Grand Hyatt on Peachtree Road near Piedmont Road which is pet friendly. Most high end hotels in the area are dog friendly and charge a small fee starting at about $200 per the entire stay. There are several doggie day care businesses set up all over. I use Petsmart on Peachtree Road at Maple Drive. Not only do they have doggie daycare but they will also board your dog. If you decide on the perimeter area, there is at least one doggie daycare in that area. The Petsmart doggie daycare closes at 7 P.M. and some other daycares close at 8:00 P.M. I know of one doggie daycare on Cains Hill Place in Buckhead but can't remember the name. Don't forget to bring your dog's vacination paperwork. The daycare will need this on file. Hope this helps. Let me know if you need more information.
