I saw your post and did a little research. Personally the address next to the school wouldn't bother me. What I usually do (and it wouldn't surprise me if you do the same) is google the phone number in the ad to see what , if anything pops up. I usually hope to find that someone has reviewed the person with the number to at least get the following information:

1.) Is this a legit ad?
2.) Do the pictures depict the real person/people? If not - how far off are they?
3.) Was the experience a positive one for the reviewer?

The best I could figure from looking at the different hits on the phone number, is that it has been used consistently by someone advertising for Asian services and "appears" to be legit. My guess would be that the pictures may not be of the girl/girls advertised - however you might be surprised - who knows?

The prices quoted in the ads strike me as being in the right price range for Maine - neither too low or too high.

Given that information I would give the person/place a try *if* it was closer to where I live - (with a 20-30 minute) drive. Unfortunately for me, I'd be looking at about a 90 minute drive so I'd really have to be in search of trying something different to be willing to be the first one to try and review.

I guess if I was concerned about the location, I would approach the place with an exit plan in mind, and at least have the courtesy of informing the person over the phone of my concerns about the location.

If the person clearly was a woman that you talked to and clearly sounded like an asian woman I would hope you would give it a try and let us know what you experience was like. This being Maine, the choices are fairly poor and in case this is legit - it strikes me as a possible good find, but I am partial towards Asian women.
