Standard usually only involves using the hands for the massage. B2B is just that with or without the use of NURU gel. Any extras depend on the provider giving the massage so check previous reviews.
Well Nuru generally involves sex whereas B2B doesn't. Nuru requires use of Nuru jell. B2B of course doesn't. Technically, in Nuru, masseuse does not use hands but only body rub. The great masseuse Mia informed me of these distinctions. Generally, I'd prefer B2B over Nuru.
