I am trying to find a salon that colors eye lashes as mine are blonde. I know this used to be available but obviously it's either completely off the menu everywhere or I just can't find the right salon.  I am also looking for a very reputable tattoo artist who will tattoo my eye liner. I have called several in my area and none will do it. I will travel for both of these services if need be. Thanks a bunch.  xo Erin
