The patents about to disappear on these two billion dollar products.  This means generics, no more TV adds for the brand, drop in cost.
So if you love the adds you will be sad, but if you use the meds and hate the price, help is on the way.

...I'll have to supply my own side-by-side bathtubs then?

Do you anticipate the relaxation of a need for a prescription to obtain legally or is that too much to ask for ?

This was indicated by Cialis maker Lily in 2014 (saying it could happen in 2017) but not clear if it's really happening

as are most bonor pills.

I know in most of the gift shops in Latin American Aeropuertos, you can buy all the ED meds you could ever want OTC and it's been that way for years.

Big pharmas have many tricks to extend their patent so I guess it's not a sure thing.

...an extension on patent which was granted. That's why it hasn't already gone generic. Read this about a year to a year and a half ago.  Other uses "discovered"? BPH is the one heard of the most. There are a couple others I can't recall.

... Teva paid for the right to start selling its generic equivalent in the USA starting Decenber 11, 2017.  That should drive V's price down even before its patent expires.

Check out Canadian pharmacies on line.  The patent is no good there and I get Sildenafil there.  60 pills for $149

I never got what was the symbolism of a man and woman sitting in separate bathtubs in the Cialis ads. What am I missing?

You take Cialis and then it's like sitting in two bathtubs and holding hands?

The animal with the longest penis relative to body size.  Since barnacles are fixed to a surface , the male needs a penis as long as his shell is wide in order to reach his neighboring female and slip into her shell.

I once heard Charles Osgood on CBS comment:  "That stuff (Cialis) only wirks if she gets out of her bathtub and climbs into his!"

The thing I notice about these commercials, other than the trophy wives, is that they go out of their way to make sure you see the actors wearing gigantic gold wedding bands.

If I had relationships like that I wouldn't be in the hobby. I really think the girls in those ads are robots not humans. Or they're providers, but if so why are you wasting time in separate tubs?

a little hard to tell. A company can come up with a new pill a new use and new dose and hang on the its monopoly a bit longer and then the right to produce can at first be limited to one or two companies so the price stays high for another year. (This is the screw the customer because you still can phase.)
