with the exception of age, but I usually tell them anyways.  The more information you give the better a provider will feel about seeing you and, they're going to know when they see you anyways.

Some want that, and some do not.  Read their website carefully.  Some will only see men above a certain age, so in that case it would be important to provide that.  I've never seen one that asks for weight.  In two cases that I've dealt with, the provider did ask for a photo.  That didn't bother me, but it might bother some people.

in your initial e-mail (date, time, length of session wanted, etc.) the easier it is for the lady to determine if she can see you.  Only give out the screening information you feel comfortable with.  You may need to use an agency the first time or two to "get established" although there are some independent ladies that will see new gents.  After all, we were all new at one time.
