Has anyone had any luck at a clearly legit place that does end up offering extras?
and there is a reason they are called legit because I've never had even a hint that any extra will be offered.
That includes places that were independent and I went back and saw the same therapist many times and became friendly and sociable with them.
If you want extras, avoid places like hotel spas and big name places and go to the independent massage providers who work out of their homes or incall apartments, or the AMPS, almost all of whom offer extras.
No luck at chains, but I have found that extras can be had at local, independent, non-asian "legit" places. Maybe 20-30% of therapists, in my experience, are at least sometimes open to a happy ending (hardly ever anything more than a handjob, and none of her clothes come off, generally.)
Be polite, be a generous tipper, be clean, and go back 2-3 times. The first step is always to see if you can get an "undraped" / totally nude massage. Illegal in most jurisdictions in the US, OK with consent in a few.
Getting undraped is no guarantee, but it gets you one step closer. However, if she refuses undraped, you're not likely to get any extras, ever.
Bottom line: be polite and respectful, and no always means no. Don't ask more than once.

I've been going to the same lady for a number of months and she says management is notorious of firing them if there is any accusation for inappropriate behavior. She laughs when I tell her I am pure inappropriate behavior. Generally it's guys fired for incidents with women, but if they are LMT's (which all are in the big chains), they loose their state license and are really fcked.
I've been a member at a major chain for a number of years. I travel a lot, so I use the chain's services across the country. The general answer is pretty much no. That said, there was ONE girl that I'd been seeing as my regular for quite some time. While I never received release, she definitely placed her hand on Mr. Happy a few times. She'd also let the sheet gradually fall to one side while rubbing my upper and inner thighs so that I was fully exposed while fully erect. I think she enjoyed the view, but probably not as much as I did in providing it. Alas, she moved to Florida a few months ago.
