Two of my favs actually have first time appointments wait to give the envelope/gift until after the first appt.  They both said they wanted to be 100% sure I was satisfied and pleased with their services and only wanted the gift if it was earned and deserved.  It was and such little touches make them stand out and that is why they are so good compared to the norm and have gotten multiple appts!

But the standard is up front and no refunds under most circumstances.  Many have warned me not to make multi-hr 1st appts because if u don't hit it off or have any chemistry the policy is no refunds even if u mutually know it is not working out.

Rip-offs happen tho, as a result of having to pay before getting the services.  I've been tempted to do some nefarious things to their room/belongings before leaving when ripped-off.  Nothing too bad or dangerous or illegal, but didn't bother.

Do I need to pay a provider when she arrives or on depatrue from the hotel? Thanks

Did a search and could not find the answer to this question.

Yes, you should definitely pay her within a few minutes of her arrival.  Don't leave it so she has to ask for the money.  Have the money on a table or nightstand in an unsealed envelope and tell her it's there.

I've also heard of somebody putting the unsealed envelope in the washroom and telling her it's there.  That's very considerate as it allows her to discreetly check the cash.

I regularly used to get payment after the session but I've heard so many stories of ladies being ripped off that I now get the fee before any real action begins.  I often have to ask for it and I think putting a lady in that position shows a lack of class on the guy's part.

usually on their FAQ section of their site.

Read that carefully and follow it to the letter.

If no mention is made of payment, then follow Carrie's good advice.

is to lay the envelope down on a table with my cell phone and keys upon arrival.  When I leave, I pick up the cell and keys.

For an outcall to my hotel, I usually place the envelope near the ice bucket where I have the drinks ready to go with bottles, glasses, etc.

Always be discreet and classy about providing the donation.  An unsealed envelope in either of the locations Carrie mentioned is perfect.

Muah to you doll!

While I normally see the same ladies over and over and the comfort level is such that I normally pay at the end of the session.  Any new lady definitely should get her fee upfront as Carrie has mentioned,
