My two cents from Toronto

I am not very familiar with the Vancouver market, however I'm speaking from my own experience on the Toronto board and the Toronto sections of other American escort advertising venues.  

You may just be looking in the wrong places. There are local review boards specifically for Vancouver and the western provinces so you will probably find more reviews there.  I've found that with TER and other US based review boards, even if there is a Canadian section participation is limited because ladies either don't know about it, or they don't receive enough inquiries from it.  Local ladies or touring ladies know of and stick to local boards where they will have the most success.  Those that post on American forums such as TER usually tour to the USA, have a substantial American client base and/or are trying to attract visitors vs locals.

The Toronto section of TER has gained popularity over the past couple of years, but Montreal and Vancouver are still pretty dead.  It just hasn't caught on as yet.  If you'd like information just shoot me an e-mail.  I'm not 100% sure of the policy but I don't think I can name other review boards in discussion forums or PMs.
