Saw a new review for my ATF and it was word for word what I'd written on another site. I contacted TER, the review came down and the reviewer disappeared.

I know someone here mentioned this site some time ago. I didn't pay much attention because I use TER pretty much to the exclusion of any other sites.
The site is named after primates. How anyone could think that is erotic I don't know. They claim to have reviews but it looks to me as if all they have is what they stole from TER.
A provider I saw and reviewed last week e-mailed me and asked if I'd posted a review on ------ ------? I had not and said as much. I then went to look into it. Yep, there it was. Her P411 photo next to the general details of my review and it said I (xyz23) had posted it on April 27. Wrong. TER posted it here on April 25th. They wanted me to register to see the entire review. Yeahhhh...I don't think so.
They have her listed twice using different pictures (one not even her) and her provider name in different combinations.
Thought I'd pass this along. Any comments?
There are other Atlanta provider's photos and reviews there. Some of the reviews I recognized from having read them here on TER in the recent past.
I didn't look much further. All I saw were Atlanta ladies. But there were other cities listed I just didn't look.
I've notified TER. They are aware and are on it.
I swear this crap is like whack-a-mole.
It's a travesty... I am SO effing over this crap! They won't take either post down.....I'm so aggravated.... thanks again for letting this be known...xoxox
Among other ladies on this "board" I have no idea....but I have threatened them with legal action...to no avail...my photo and my name, email etcetera are still there......scum bags!!!

They lifted my review and claimed I'd posted it there. They did the same with two others. I recognized the reviews and the handles of the reviewers.
I just checked out the site and saw my TER handle and one of my reviews on there too.
Not sure what good it will do, but I sent them a message using their 'contact form'.

They won't pull anything off of their site, I have been trying to get myself off of there. UGH it irks me!
it looks like most of the info/reviews on there has been lifted directly from TER.
WTF!
Has any provider ever tried to send DMCA takedown notices to sites using their photos without permission? Might be worth a try.

And, I found a website on which I do not advertise, and I saw my name and word for word my intro page of my website with another lady's picture. I tried to sign up to remedy the situation but I get an error message every time. I give up.
