Since becoming a fs provider, I find that I don't really have the desire to have playtime alone. Once a day at least, sometimes two.  There's an old joke that goes something like: They say that practice makes perfect.  I want to be a really good lover so I practice by myself all the time.

It seems to help me get my day started. I've always enjoyed playing with myself before I even crawl out of bed.  

I couldn't put a number on the amount of times I do it per week because some weeks I'm more horny than others. I've been know to do it 3 to 5 time a days for several days and then go several days to a week or so without it at all.  

I do also sometimes do it to help myself fall asleep. I have even woken up in the middle of the night just to play with myself and go back to sleep. I must be having some naughty dreams when that happens lol.
