I am starting to think that or go full AMPs. When I was was frequently using JFLe and ATF I never had such issues, and the scheduling was so accommodating. I am thinking its time I become a regular of Jasmine again or some other Agency because this has really thrown my entire evening off. Just a waste of a couple of nights. frustrating
I have very little free time as is and I am really starting to get pissed at these providers that are asking for background check info setting up appointments and then just doing a no notification no show. I can understand if you get cold feet if you havent seen me before or not comfortable with my P411 OKs or something comes up or whatever reason.
But not letting the client know and then not answering the phone at the appointed time is some bullshit candylewinski 3rd time doing this yesterday(tried again after avoiding her for 2 years) and now crystal (African-American spinner) just did it. Two nights in a row.. wtf!!1
I am like you and have limited free time. I also can't plan two or three days in advance due to my job that bounces me around the country at the last minute. All of Atlanta's agencies are super. I have use most all of them. An agency can offer a backup if the lady cancels.

You gotta try Rebekka or the new girl Andi. They both have awesome bbbj skills. Rebekka does the best GFE that I have experience.
Exotic Flavors came thru for me this past weekend when I had an ATF and a different favorite agency practically ignore me. They are great!
My experience is both indies and agency ladies NSNc and Atlanta has gotten bad with this behavior the last year.

If the agency contacts you to give you a replacement or offers a replacement then it's not a NCNS its just a no show. Usually this offer is done ahead of time, maybe like 30 mins or 45 mins and you have a sense of where you stand and you can take it or leave it alone.
However, in a NCNS you have gotten the mood right, expecting someone to arrive and usually its after you havent heard from the provider 20 to 30 mins post appointment time, you give up and/or try to find a replacement. Which is very difficult to do at the last minute.
Scheduling last minute to fill in for a No show date can be difficult with an indy, besides saying "can you come right over? My first choice flaked out on me" isn't the best way to ask for a short notice date with an indy. An agency won't care that they weren't first choice, they will simply welcome the business and send over who ever they have available.
There are last minute independent providers that have good reviews and will not no call no show you. Agencies are good too. Just do your research is all I can say, your not the first I've heard this from, I hate to see it gives Indi's a bad name for you... Agency wise, Atlanta has a great line up. Find what you want then check reviews
yeah Leslie I understand what you are saying but it is getting to the point where I cant or wont do business with Indies. There seems to be just too many issues with them, either they are no call/no shows, not as advertised(maybe people lying in reviews), or I wont be passing their Background check.
On the later point I begrudge no one for how they choose to do their background checks after all it is their safety that is paramount. However, it seems to be less intrusive with most agencies I have experienced. I dont have to give my full name nor place of employment.
Now I have given all that information when I first started out but having seen Vonnie Pink post clients and potential clients real names and phone numbers on her Twitter when it was Public because they tried to haggle or cancelled an appointment or constantly call on BS; not to mention a bunch of providers supporting her leaking clients public info for nonsafety reasons I sure as hell wont be giving out my Full Name nor place of employment ever!
So I think it is probably better that I stick with my UTR pornstar providers who I know personally, AMPs and/or as Wheelchairman suggested Reputable long standing agencies.
These are just my thoughts and opinions. Now that is not to say I havent had a good experience with Indies but too often it has been more negative than positive lately.
...move on down the road. This weekend I had two sources I use regularly let me down. Neither got back with me when they said they would. Not getting back with me is permission to go elsewhere and it drops them down a notch come next time. I understand people get busy but in this day and age there is little to no excuse for not contacting someone. A big part of what makes an agency or independent my ATF is how they treat me. If they treat me badly I move on no matter how hot they are.
On the indies just yet... hope you are able to have some fun soon.
I guess I've been really lucky but I only had one ncns this year. Well, even that one was interesting as she contacted me three months (yes, months) later with an explanation. She dropped out of the business and explained to me why - under the circumstances I thought it was really sweet of her to contact me and let me know that she was ok and she was thinking about me.
I did have one girl call 5 minutes before a threesome saying she couldn't make it. Technically not a ncns, but a disappointment nonetheless as our threesome became a twosome. Didn't offer to do anything to make it right either. She's no longer in the business.
Other than that, the ladies I've seen (almost all indies) have been rock solid and reliable. Of course I try and do my homework (and backchanneling) to get a feel for who I can count on. Also I look for ladies that are prompt and professional with their communications as that's always a good sign. I recommend you ask/read reviews and look for providers that are prompt with text/email, reliable, and responsible. I think that will help improve your odds.
But I usually plan dates several days to a week ahead, too. If you need a fix in short order I recommend an agency as well.

I share your frustrations, have had incredibly reputable indy providers bail last second or NCNS.
I will say, the one time I had an agency issue, they made it right.
I'd check with Misty (SEC), Sunny (Exotic Flavors) or Jasmine (JFL).
Even with very popular (read highly rated) ladies. There were a couple of ladies I used to see where there was at best a 50% chance that they would show up. It was more or less double or nothing - get your world rocked or go away disappointed.
I'm sorry that's happened to you. You're a real catch, and it was their loss. But, to be fair, no reputable lady is going to outcall to your county without screening you like a newbie. If you like, since I've been to your place, I can make a couple recommendations of my close girlfriends. And, you know if that ever happens again, give me a call. I'm down the street practically.

and you have a valid/fair point. You are right sometimes the outcall location makes a big difference, screening wise.
